A size exchange may be requested within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, in its original condition, and have its original tags attached where applicable.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, Peace and Love may offer another appropriate solution, such as store credit or a refund where applicable.

Customers may be responsible for return and reshipping costs when the exchange is requested because of incorrect size selection or personal preference. If the exchange is required because Peace and Love sent the wrong item or an item with a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will review the case and determine the appropriate solution.

Items marked as Final Sale may not be eligible for exchange.

Please contact us before sending the product back. Include your order number, the item you purchased, your requested replacement size, and the reason for the exchange. Do not send the item back until your exchange request has been reviewed.

Warranty claims should be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Our warranty may cover genuine manufacturing defects, including significant stitching defects, manufacturing-related seam failures, defective or incorrect printing, significant construction defects, and other manufacturing defects that were present when the product was received.

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper washing or drying, incorrect product care, accidental damage, stains, misuse, unauthorized alterations or modifications, or damage caused after delivery through customer use. Minor variations in color, texture, printing, or construction that are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process may not be considered defects.

Customers should follow the washing and care instructions provided with the product. Failure to follow the recommended care instructions may void warranty coverage where the issue resulted from improper care.
